'GEMSCAB' manufactures Individually and overall shielded for greater isolation and noise reduction. Suitable for installation in trays, troughs, channels, conduit, wire ways and for aerial use when supported by a messenger
Conductor : Plain Annealed Bare / Tinned / Stranded / Flexible Copper Conductor.
Insulation : Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
Pairs : Each pair is twisted with a suitable lay to reduce magnetic interference and colour-coded. Each pair is printed numerically to ensure easy identification.
Traids : Each triad is twisted with a suitable lay to reduce magnetic interference and colour-coded. Each traid is printed numerically to ensure easy identification.
Assembly : The individual pairs / triads together to form substantically circular cross-section of the completed assembly. There is an individual and an overall aluminium / polyester foil shield with stranded tinned copper drain wires.

FR / FRLS / FRLS-LH Cables
'GEMSCAB' has also successfully developed, manufactured, tested & supplied hundreds of kilometers of new generation FR / FRLS / (Fire Retardant / Fire Retardant Low Smoke) cables. These cables with special PVC formulation for sheathing material, prevent the propagation of flame along the length of the cable when exposed to fire. In addition FRLS (Fire Retardant Low Smoke) cables emit low smoke and halogen emission is also reduced under fire conditions. These properties help immensely in fire fighting operations and prevention of further loss to costly equipments. FRLS-LH cables emit very low smoke and halogen as compared to FRLS cables.
